MEET IVANA
For ten years I designed websites and apps, finding what doesn’t work and creating solutions so people could accomplish what they came there to do. I’ve always been entrepreneurial and loved business, so somewhere in the middle of all that I bought an overnight scuba diving business with my partner — Coral Sea Dreaming — and ran it while I was still working 9-to-5 at Telstra.
After growing and selling the scuba business, I moved into LinkedIn consulting for coaches and consultants and that evolved into building practical AI solutions for them (and others), so they could get more leverage and grow their business.

Will it work for my specific business?
If you run a service business with quotes, follow-ups, content or admin, the workshops fit. If you’re not sure, just give me a call and walk me through your particular situation.
Do I need to be a tech person?
No. I make it accessible to anyone, so that it’s easy to understand and easy to follow, without the confusing jargon. If you can use a computer, you can build an automated workflow.
What tools do we use?
Depends on the problem we are solving. Most workflows can be automated using free tools. Some will require paid monthly subscription. We may use a combination of tools. You will know before every workshop what you need to have to get the outcome you need.
In general, we’ll be using ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code and Co-work, Gemini, Notebook LM and Copilot.
What if something breaks after?
The WhatsApp group is open after the workshop. Just me on the other end — same person who built it with you.
